Placement and pricing

One homepage placement costs USD 99 per month. One tool-category placement costs USD 39 per month. Applicable taxes and the total charged are displayed at checkout. Each placement is exclusive to one paying advertiser; header and corner advertising may rotate among eligible sponsors. Placement does not guarantee views, clicks, sales or search rankings.

A spot is reserved for five minutes during checkout. It is activated only after payment is verified. A return from checkout alone is not proof of payment.

Monthly renewal and advertiser cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel future renewals from your private sponsorship page at any time. Your advertisement remains available until the paid billing period ends. Cancelling renewal alone does not issue a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Removal by SaaS Puppy and refunds

If SaaS Puppy removes your paid placement, we cancel its subscription immediately. We issue a full refund of the latest successful subscription payment if it was made within the previous 14 days, including a renewal payment. Earlier payments and payments older than 14 days are not refunded under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Previously refunded amounts are not refunded twice.

Refunds return through the original payment method. A refund can be pending or require payment-provider review; your bank or payment provider controls when funds appear. Contact support@saaspuppy.com if you need help.

Your advertisement and private editing

After verified payment, use your private sponsorship page to update your logo, title, short description and HTTPS website link. Access is tied to the browser used to pay. Keep that browser access private; if you lose access, contact support@saaspuppy.com. Advertisers do not receive private traffic reports.

You must have the rights to submitted logos and text. Advertising must be lawful, accurate and safe, without deceptive claims, impersonation, malicious links or prohibited content. You grant SaaS Puppy permission to display your submitted advertising during the paid placement. We may request corrections or remove unsuitable advertising.

Payment failures and availability

If a renewal payment fails, your placement may remain visible for a seven-day grace period while you update billing information. After the grace period, it is released. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and advertising is separate from editorial verification or endorsement.

Acceptance, changes and contact

You must confirm this agreement before proceeding to payment. We record the accepted agreement version and time with your checkout. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively change the agreement accepted for an existing checkout. Questions and billing requests: support@saaspuppy.com.
