The Free plan is $0 forever and lists 10 users, 10,000 records, 2 locales, 2 roles, 100K API calls and 50GB of bandwidth a month with no overages, one Starter Space and 2 environments. Lite costs $300 a month with 20 users, 50,000 records, 3 locales and 1M API calls. Pricing is the recurring complaint: G2 lists Expensive as the first con, a r/cms post says client costs keep creeping up, and a Trustpilot reviewer describes being told to jump from $300 to $2,000 a month. Capterra shows 4.5 from 64 reviews. It suits small projects that stay inside the free caps and organisations with budget for a CMS contract.

👎 Watch out

−Free allows only 2 locales and 2 roles.
−The only plan between Free and Enterprise on the page is Lite at $300 a month, a large step for a small project.

The catch

The Free plan is a small-project plan. It caps you at 10,000 records, 2 locales, 2 roles and one Starter Space. Hitting any of those sends you to Lite at $300 a month, with Enterprise above that. Price is the repeated complaint. G2 lists Expensive as the first disadvantage, a r/cms poster says costs creep up, and one Trustpilot reviewer wrote that they were pushed from $300 to $2,000 a month. That is one customer's account and I did not verify the details, but plan for the jump. On Free, API calls and bandwidth have no overages, which means traffic over the limit is blocked rather than billed. I did not confirm exactly what happens when you reach the limit.
