Refund Policy

Free submissions

Free submissions cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. They are reviewed within 14 days.

Fast track review ($29, one-time)

New fast-track purchases are paused. Previously purchased fast track pays for a review within 2 days. It does not guarantee approval. If SaaS Puppy rejects a fast-track submission, the full $29 is refunded to the original payment method. The rejection email and your dashboard state the reason.

If a fast-track submission is published, or you are asked for changes and resubmit, the payment is not refunded because the review was delivered. If you never receive a review within 2 days, write to support@saaspuppy.com and the payment will be refunded.

Advertising plans

Advertising plans are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; your ad keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded. If SaaS Puppy removes a paid placement, the latest payment is refunded in full. The Advertiser Terms give the full details.

How refunds arrive

Refunds return through the original payment method using our payment provider. Your bank or card issuer decides when funds appear, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are never paid twice for the same payment.
