Open-source survey and feedback tool. The free Hobby plan has 250 responses a month.
Ask users what is broken while they are still inside your app. Formbricks is an open source experience management platform for surveys and in-product feedback, available as a cloud service or self-hosted. The Hobby plan is free with 1 workspace and 250 responses a month. Pro costs $74 a month for 3 workspaces and 2,000 responses, and Scale costs $325 a month for 5 workspaces and 5,000 responses. G2 shows 15 reviews that praise the strong API, GDPR compliance, the self-hosting option and a responsive team. The complaints are small: a reviewer said advanced features need technical know-how, another said support feels community-driven, and one said higher tiers can be expensive. A r/selfhosted user found Formbricks has great analytics but was harder to configure than HeyForm. It suits product teams who want survey data on their own infrastructure or a privacy-first alternative to Typeform.

The Hobby plan allows one workspace and 250 responses a month. Pro is $74 a month for 3 workspaces and 2,000 responses, then Scale is $325 a month. The pricing data I read gave no annual price. Formbricks is open source and can be self-hosted, which is the main reason developers pick it. I did not confirm which features need a paid licence on a self-hosted install, so read the licence terms before you rely on one. On G2 the reviews I could read were five-star, and the criticisms were small and specific: some features need technical know-how, support is community-driven for some users, and setup was listed as the top con. One G2 reviewer and one r/selfhosted user both point at setup effort, so budget time for it.
