Form-to-email API for static sites. Unlimited forms and 250 submissions a month free.
Built for one job: sending a static site's form entries to your email. Web3Forms is a form-to-email API for static websites. The Free plan lists unlimited forms, 250 monthly submissions, unlimited domains, advanced spam protection, hCaptcha and a custom redirect page. Pro costs $12 a month or $149 a year and adds 10k submissions, team collaboration, file uploads, autoresponders, reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile, restrict-to-domains, webhooks and integrations such as Google Sheets, Notion and Slack. Agency costs $33 a month or $399 a year for 20k submissions. A Starter option at $49 a year lists 5k submissions with limited paid features and no file uploads or autoresponders. A r/webdev user said they use Web3Forms for their own site and it is fine, but the free plan has no Google Sheets or Notion integration. Another r/webdev commenter suggests a service like it for receiving a request and sending it to your email. It suits personal and small business sites.

Free covers the basic job: send a form's submissions to an email address, with spam protection. Integrations with Google Sheets, Notion and Slack, file uploads, autoresponders and webhooks are on Pro at $12 a month or $149 a year. A r/webdev user confirmed the missing Sheets and Notion integrations on the free plan. The Starter plan at $49 a year lists 5k monthly submissions but excludes file uploads and autoresponders, so it does not match Pro's feature list. The extract showed no monthly price for it. Review-site data did not turn up for Web3Forms in my searches. The opinions here come from a few Reddit threads, so treat them as anecdotes.
