Forms
Form backend for static sites. 50 submissions a month free, paid plans start at $15.
Point an HTML form at it and the submissions land in your inbox. Formspree is a form backend that receives submissions from an HTML form and sends them to your email, so a static site needs no server code. The Free plan lists 50 submissions a month, 2 linked emails, 30 days of submission archive, AJAX forms, custom reCAPTCHA, domain restriction and basic spam filtering. Personal costs $15 a month ($10 a month billed annually) and raises the limit to 200 submissions. Professional costs $30 ($20 annual) for 2,000 submissions, and Business costs $90 ($60 annual) for 20,000. Reddit opinion is split: a r/webdev poster calls it their go-to while noting the 50-message cap, and a r/gohugo user finds it clunky. A r/astrojs commenter pointed out that Formspark gives 250 free submissions where Formspree charges about $15. I found little G2 or Trustpilot review text for Formspree. It suits low-volume static sites.

Free is described on Formspree's own plans page as a plan for testing and development, and the limits show it: 50 submissions a month, 2 linked emails and a 30 day archive. Export, search and a custom thank-you page start at Personal for $15 a month ($120 a year). Price per submission is the sore point. A r/astrojs commenter noted that the 250 free submissions on Formspark would cost about $15 a month on Formspree, and Formspree's own Personal plan gives 200. Most of the opinion I found came from Reddit, where reactions range from go-to tool to clunky. I did not find enough G2 or Trustpilot review text to quote, so treat the sentiment as anecdotal.

20,000 submissions a month, unlimited team members, 10GB file uploads, custom honeypot, custom spam rules, custom email templates and domains, rules engine, priority support, SLA, onboarding and phone support.
Yes. The Free plan allows 50 submissions a month and 2 linked emails.
Personal is $15 a month, or $10 a month billed annually, for 200 submissions.
A r/webdev poster uses it for exactly that, since a static site needs a form backend.
A r/gohugo user found it clunky, while a r/webdev poster calls it their go-to. Opinions differ.
1 on Personal, 2 on Professional and unlimited on Business.
The plans page lists Free, Personal at $15, Professional at $30 and Business at $90 a month.
